




Job Summary: A professional Public Accountant with solid training in finance, accounting, or business administration for financial analysis, account management, and audit support. Key Highlights: 1. Detailed financial and cost analysis 2. Management of accounts receivable and fixed assets 3. Support for internal and external audits **In this role, your responsibilities will include:** * Analyzing Financial Statements, identifying variances compared to the previous month, budget, and prior year. * Analyzing accounts by Cost Centers, preparing monthly reports. * Responsible for reconciling the Balance Sheet and Income Statement. * Reviewing, supporting, and managing commercial accounts receivable involved in disputes as local support. * Analyzing Sales and Costs to identify line items requiring additional review that may fall outside corporate policy or the Corporate Procurement Policy (CPP). * Providing local support to the Inventory and Warehousing teams for inventory control (Finished Goods – Work in Process – In Transit). * Supporting variance explanations for the Quarterly Balance Review with the Finance World Area. * Performing bank transaction reviews as administrative support vis-à-vis local banks. * Managing requests for new investments related to fixed asset additions and disposals (cost, depreciation, or amortization). * Reviewing quarterly corporate provisions to validate calculations and support approval by the Business Unit. * Performing additional analytical and reporting functions related to the position, as directed by local and regional management. * Reviewing disbursements of employee, supplier, and third-party advances. * Analyzing valuations to renew insurance policies. * Understanding of the company’s business and products. * Presentations to Local and Regional Financial and Commercial Management. Monitoring compliance with controls and addressing internal and external audit requirements (KPMG) * **Who You Are:** A professional Public Accountant with solid training in areas such as finance, accounting, or business administration. Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience leading teams. **For This Role, You Will Need:** * Specialization in US GAAP and IFRS standards. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency preferred. * Office software skills: PowerPoint, Outlook, preferred. * English language proficiency, written and spoken, at intermediate-to-advanced level. * ERP knowledge, e.g., SAP, Oracle, and/or Exactus.
