A leading Peruvian company specializing in the **import and commercialization of high-tech machinery, equipment, and spare parts**, dedicated to optimizing agricultural sector productivity through a robust network of international suppliers and specialized technical support, is seeking a Logistics Assistant. Provide operational support to the Logistics Department by entering and controlling information, generating purchase orders to suppliers, downloading materials from the system, and tracking material procurement projects, ensuring efficient management. Responsibilities: \- Prepare and manage purchase orders based on quotations submitted by Registrars; update and control procurement information in the database using macros and internal tools. \- Assist in preparing progress and executed purchase tracking reports, ensuring timely and reliable information. \- Update the supplier database monthly, evaluating compliance levels in coordination with the Procurement and COMEX Manager. \- Support the organization, filing, and control of Procurement Department documentation. Assist in reviewing, preparing, and updating import and customs documentation (invoices, certificates, packing lists, permits, etc.), as well as preparing the COMEX pre-costing. \- Support compliance with commercial regulations, internal procedures, and company policies. \- Issue shipping guides for product dispatches.
