We are currently seeking a: PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT – FRANCHISE SECTOR **REQUIREMENTS:** **\*Student or graduate in: International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Human Resources, or related fields.** \* 1 year of experience performing related duties \* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office \* Positive attitude and strong verbal communication skills \* Goal- and target-oriented mindset \* Ability to work effectively in a team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and trade fairs to promote the company’s services. · Supervise event coordination (under the direction of the General Manager). · Implement new commercial strategies and customer portfolio retention initiatives (under the direction of the General Manager). · Maintain the General Manager’s calendar up to date, proactively informing about scheduled activities using all relevant communication channels. · Develop organizational manuals for various departments. · Prepare information, reports, or management documents for potential clients. · Draft official management documents and communicate them effectively to employees, suppliers, and clients as required. · Manage, maintain, and supervise the proper use of office supplies and facilities, including inventory control and daily operational support. · Perform other duties as assigned by management based on priorities. **BENEFITS:** * Pleasant work environment. * Direct learning from market-leading franchise owners. * Ongoing training. * Base salary: S/1,200 * **Performance-based bonus.** * Formal payroll from the first day of employment, including statutory benefits under the **MYPE Regime**. **LOCATION:** Address: Av.
