Job Summary: We are seeking a Settlement Assistant to optimize document management and control of delivery units, ensuring operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a Settlement Assistant. **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in Transportation Engineering, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience or more in logistics or fast-moving consumer goods sectors **(Transport Assistant, Settlement Assistant)**. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory). **Responsibilities:** * Process daily settlement of documents and collection payments for delivery units; submit settlement report at shift close. * Monitor and track delivery units to report incidents to the commercial department. * Perform transportation unit settlements in the system and via documentation, to support treasury department closing. * Coordinate monitoring and follow-up of pending settlements **(by delivery unit)**. **Competencies:** * Ability to work under pressure * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Results-oriented * Problem-solving **Don’t miss the opportunity to join our company!
