We are a Peruvian company manufacturing melamine furniture, and we are currently seeking a SALES ASSISTANT for our Lima plant located in Villa El Salvador. **Profile** * Organized, detail-oriented, and meticulous, with strong synthesis ability and communication skills * Knowledge: Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) * Adaptability, analytical thinking, attention to detail, planning, logical reasoning, and writing skills **Requirements** * Solid sales experience (essential). * Preferred experience in furniture sales or similar sectors. * Ability to advise customers, follow up, and close sales. * Clear communication, friendly demeanor, and professional appearance. * Proficiency in WhatsApp Business and social media. * Residency in Villa El Salvador or nearby areas. **Responsibilities** * Supervise the opening and closing of the workplace according to company procedures. * Organize staff to handle customer service and furniture dispatch. * Promote commercial department-announced promotions. * Maintain and enhance the proper image of assigned stores. * Achieve sales targets set by the commercial management. * Monitor the entire onboarding and training process for new staff. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
