Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Multifunctional with customer service experience to perform reception, restocking, product verification, and customer service duties, ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries We are currently looking for a **Store Multifunctional.** If you meet the following requirements, you are the ideal candidate! **Requirements** * Reside in districts adjacent to the Surco district. **Experience** 1\. Customer service experience in minimarkets. 2\. Immediate availability to join. **Schedule** * Monday to Thursday: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (including a 1-hour break) * Friday to Sunday: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight, including a 1-hour break) **Responsibilities** * Receive and store incoming merchandise. * Organize and restock products on display stands. * Verify product expiration dates. * Maintain order and cleanliness of display stands, furniture, showcases, and refrigeration equipment, complying with established cleaning and quality protocols. * Package and deliver market-solicited delivery orders, adhering to company-established biosafety protocols. * Resolve customer inquiries, guide customers, and provide relevant information, ensuring their satisfaction. **Benefits** * Market-competitive minimum salary. * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Excellent work environment. **Required Competencies** * Customer service. * Organization and planning. * Proactivity. * Effective communication.
