You are invited to join Statkraft’s talent pool as the new **Project Quality Manager**, and become part of a greener future. **Job Description** -------------------------- Responsible for implementing and maintaining quality processes and requirements in the Construction area, ensuring compliance and conformity with established standards and reference regulations. Ensure and facilitate the issuance and proper circulation of quality documentation across projects. Guarantee use of the project documentation archiving system in accordance with the company’s quality and integrity policies. Additionally, participate in the handover process between project development milestones, following the internal project management methodology. * Develop, implement, and manage processes aligned with corporate governance to ensure components and equipment meet quality system requirements. * Identify and define appropriate quality standards and parameters for products, communicating them to teams involved in development and construction. * Support the engineering team in defining criteria and testing processes for components and equipment. * Identify and analyze deviations from defined quality requirements, proposing opportunities for improvement. * Provide support to contract management and project management teams on all aspects related to quality management. * Develop and implement the quality audit plan and coordinate periodic audits across projects. * Manage project-related documentation using electronic document management systems, ensuring its security, traceability, and availability for project teams and other stakeholders. * Update and monitor correct application of document control and management procedures, as well as train teams on their usage and archiving procedures. * Develop, implement, and maintain KPIs related to quality processes and requirements, while ensuring maintenance and tracking of existing indicators. * Manage the process of recording and evaluating lessons learned in projects, supporting coordination, development, and implementation of action plans. **Requirements** -------------- Diverse academic background, with training in Internal Auditing, and ability to read and interpret ISO 9001 and other standards related to quality and information management.
