Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Construction Warehouse Clerk to manage the entire warehouse operation, ensuring smooth material flow and accurate inventory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages stock and inventory of materials, tools, and equipment. 2. Controls receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials. 3. Ensures warehouse order and cleanliness, complying with safety regulations. At QATA, we seek a highly organized and proactive **Construction Warehouse Clerk** to oversee the full operation of our construction site warehouse. You will be the key person responsible for ensuring material flow, inventory accuracy, and proper project documentation. **What will you do in this role?** * **Control stock and inventory** of construction materials, tools, and equipment. * **Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch** of materials (incoming/outgoing). * **Handle documentation**, including delivery notes, purchase orders, and material release vouchers. * **Ensure warehouse order and cleanliness**, complying with safety regulations. * **Manage construction material control** using **advanced Excel**. * **Prepare management reports** for the Logistics Department. **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Technical studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of experience as a Warehouse Clerk, preferably in construction or industrial sectors. * **Technical Skills:** * **Advanced Excel proficiency** for inventory control. * Proficiency in **Word** for reporting. * Knowledge of logistics documentation (Delivery Notes, Purchase Orders). * **Competencies:** Organization, proactivity, and accountability in asset control. **If you are an organized professional, apply now!** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
