In this opportunity, we are seeking 01 GENERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT capable of maintaining all UNIMAR facilities—both furniture and real estate—in optimal operational condition, guaranteeing their preservation and functionality to prevent service disruptions and ensure continuity and quality in customer service. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Higher Technical Graduate in Administration or related field \- Minimum 2 years of general work experience \- Knowledge of Occupational Safety \- Knowledge of preventive/corrective maintenance of various equipment \- Intermediate-level office software proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **FUNCTIONS** 1\. Perform job duties applying occupational safety and health regulations to prevent incidents and protect personnel integrity. 2\. Manage the issuance of purchase orders and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance work, coordinating with suppliers and verifying proper service execution to ensure facility and equipment operability. 3\. Enter and register work orders, purchase requests, and service acceptance documents into the system, keeping information updated in SAP R3 to ensure administrative control of maintenance activities. 4\. Monitor compliance with the Maintenance Plan and conduct facility inspections, verifying the condition of infrastructure and equipment to ensure proper operation. 5\. Respond to supplier inquiries and keep General Services files up to date, organizing relevant documentation to ensure traceability of contracted services. 6\. Record and manage supplier payment vouchers, entering invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and shipping guides into the system to ensure timely service payments. 7\. Receive and monitor reports and documents submitted by suppliers, validating information on performed services to ensure contractual compliance. 8\. Take immediate action during operational emergencies, coordinating responses to failures in electrical systems, sanitary installations, and equipment to restore operational continuity. 9\. Maintain records and control vehicle fleet permits and authorizations, keeping information updated to ensure regulatory and administrative compliance. 10\. Issue advance payment requests to suppliers, managing registration in SAP R3 to fulfill the company’s financial commitments. 11\. Support the preparation and updating of the Annual Maintenance Plan, collecting technical information and coordinating with the SSGG Coordinator to ensure appropriate maintenance planning. 12\. Evaluate suppliers according to company-established procedures, analyzing performance and documentation to determine continuation and compliance levels. 13\. Recruit suppliers for project quotations and maintenance work execution, managing requests and evaluating proposals to ensure appropriate technical and economic conditions. 14\. Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, supporting departmental needs. **WORK CONDITIONS:** \- Food voucher. \- 80% EPS coverage starting from the 9th month. \- Proximity units to EXIT.
