Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible External Plant Analyst to manage the operation, maintenance, and expansion of telecommunications networks, ensuring network integrity and compliance with technical standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and maintenance of external plant networks 2. Ensuring network integrity and security 3. Preparation of technical reports and documentation Our client, a leading company specializing in telecommunications projects and construction, has entrusted us with identifying the best professional for the position of: External Plant Analyst Requirements: \- Technician or technologist in telecommunications, electronics, electricity, or related fields. \- Knowledge of optical fiber connectivity and splicing. \- Proficiency in using measurement equipment (OTDR, Power Meter, Fusion Splicer). \- Ability to read fiber route maps and network design diagrams. \- Familiarity with technical regulations and field safety protocols. \- Experience preparing technical reports. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in external plant network work, optical fiber splicing, and field installations. Responsibilities: \- Ensure proper operation of the external plant network under your responsibility. \- Adhere to established technical guidelines and schedules for maintenance and expansion activities. \- Maintain physical network integrity during all interventions. \- Report and document any findings, risks, or damages affecting the network. \- Comply with occupational health and safety procedures during field activities. \- Keep technical records and inventories related to external infrastructure up to date. \- Contribute to meeting the service-level agreement (SLA) indicators set by the client.
