Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Security Guard/Doorman to manage access control, record incidents, and ensure security at a textile company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control of customer and supplier entry and exit 2. Conflict resolution capability 3. Proactive with effective communication A textile manufacturing and denim apparel trading company is seeking to fill the position of: **SECURITY GUARD / DOORMAN:** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of work experience as SECURITY PERSONNEL. * Conflict resolution capability. * Proactive, able to work in a team, and possess effective communication skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Control customer and supplier entry and exit * Maintain the incident logbook. * Promptly respond to any incident threatening the safety of the premises or personnel. * Record staff entry and exit times. * Report visitor entries and register their information. * Perform any other duties inherent to the position or assigned by immediate supervisor. Work Location: San Juan de Lurigancho \- Opposite Santa Rosa Train Station Salary: To be discussed Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work Mode: On-site employment
