




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative and Accounting Assistant to support administrative, accounting, and personnel management processes, ensuring proper document control and activity tracking. At PIT, we are looking for an Administrative and Accounting Assistant to support the company’s administrative, accounting, and personnel management processes, ensuring appropriate document control and tracking of departmental activities. Responsibilities * Organization and control of physical and digital accounting documentation. * Downloading, searching, and archiving documents on web portals. * Requesting and managing vouchers and supporting documentation. * Supporting bank reconciliations and tracking transactions. * Assisting in reviewing and organizing accounting information. * Controlling and updating administrative files and databases. * Assisting in printing, reviewing, and organizing accounting documentation. * Controlling and updating personnel files. * Supporting vacation tracking, contracts, and labor documentation. * Collecting and validating information for payroll processing. * Managing documentation related to AFP, EsSalud, insurance, and other administrative procedures. * Supporting administrative activities in Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety. Requirements * Final-year student, technical or university graduate in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Basic knowledge of accounting systems or ERP (e.g., Concar, Siscont, or others). * Basic knowledge of tax regulations and withholding rules. * Knowledge of payroll processes, CTS, bonuses, and labor benefits. * Familiarity with PLAME and AFP Net. * Prior experience in administrative, accounting, or payroll support functions is desirable.
