




Job Summary: Coordinate shipments, verify inventory, issue export waybills and invoices, manage orders and stock levels, and ensure compliance with safety and food quality regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of shipments and export order management 2. Responsible for equipment maintenance and area organization 3. Implementation and monitoring of food safety and quality regulations **SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** **I. General** 1\. Coordinate shipment data with the Sales Department. 2\. Verify availability of materials/products to be processed. 3\. Generate waybills in the VISOC system. 4\. Monitor inventory levels by customer and order. 5\. Register export orders. 6\. For export operations, proactively coordinate with customs agents and other relevant entities to ensure all necessary documentation and arrangements are ready prior to product dispatch. 7\. Issue export invoices in the VISOC system. 8\. Process bill-of-exchange exchanges in the VISOC system (if applicable). 9\. Directly responsible for maintaining equipment, tools, and accessories in good condition within the assigned area. 10\. Inspect, receive, and maintain the work area in perfect order and cleanliness. 11\. Implement and monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. 12\. Implement and monitor compliance with internal labor regulations. 13\. Prevent food safety hazards. 14\. Comply with company-established cleaning, hygiene, and sanitation procedures and instructions. 15\. Conduct food safety inspections of delivery vehicles. 16\.
