Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Warehouse Operator to manage picking, inventory, and dispatch activities, ensuring warehouse organization and accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: * Perform picking, assembly, and dispatch of finished product orders according to sales and production orders. * Receive, verify, and correctly place raw materials, packaging, labels, and finished products. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper identification within warehouses. * Ensure correct product rotation based on FIFO/FEFO principles, as applicable. * Support physical inventory control and counting for cyclic and general inventories. * Verify quantities, batches, dates, and physical condition of stored products. * Record incoming and outgoing movements in designated systems or formats. * Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational incidents. * Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Commercial departments to ensure appropriate handling of requirements. * Support preparation of goods for local and provincial dispatches. * Ensure compliance with good storage practices and safety standards. * Actively contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and permanent warehouse organization. Requirements: * Completed or incomplete technical studies in logistics, industrial administration, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, picking, inventory management, or dispatch. * Experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or production-process-oriented companies is desirable. * Basic to intermediate Excel skills and experience with inventory recordkeeping. * Knowledge of batch control, expiry date management, and product rotation is desirable. * Strong organizational, orderly, and detail-oriented capabilities. * Responsible, proactive individual with a sense of urgency. * Good physical condition for moving and organizing goods. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. * Commitment to accuracy, cleanliness, and continuous improvement. Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,350.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
