Job Summary: We are seeking an Optical Fiber Trainer to monitor and control fleet vehicle operations and manage their maintenance and documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance We are currently searching for the best candidate — and that could be you — for the Optical Fiber Trainer position, working six days per week with one day off. R**Requirements:** * Minimum two (02\) years of experience. * Experience in fleet vehicle administration and support. * Proactivity, teamwork, ability to work under pressure, punctuality, honesty, strong communication skills, disruptive thinking, and a focus on continuous improvement. Proficiency in KPI management. * Minimum two (02) years of experience operating mechanically driven vehicles. **Responsibilities:** * 1\. Monitor and control fleet vehicle operations * 2\. Analyze and develop management indicators (KPIs) related to fuel consumption, maintenance, availability, accident rate, and fleet performance. * 3\. Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance for fleet units, ensuring adherence to established schedules. * 4\. Monitor the validity of vehicle documentation, including SOAT insurance, technical inspections, circulation permits, other insurance policies, and legal requirements. * 5\. Manage and resolve vehicle-related incidents. * 6\. Administer and update the fleet database, maintaining records of maintenance activities, mileage, fuel consumption, and operational costs. * 7\. Conduct periodic inspections of fleet units to verify mechanical condition, safety compliance, and adherence to corporate standards. **Benefits:** * Fixed salary: S/. 2,000 * Full payroll enrollment from the first day of employment.
