Job Summary: We are seeking a daytime Concierge Supervisor for a building in Magdalena del Mar, responsible for reception, security monitoring, parcel management, and common areas. Key Highlights: 1. We require personnel to fill the position of **Concierge Supervisor (DAY SHIFT)** at a building in **Magdalena del Mar**, preferably **MALE** candidates over 26 years old, productive, committed, and responsible, residing in nearby areas. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and register building entries by owners and their guests. * Monitor security cameras. * Receive parcels, letters, etc. * Maintain records of owners' common areas. * Additionally, remove building garbage. **Working Hours:** * 8-hour shift \+ overtime **(12 hrs)** with one day off per week * Daytime schedule. **Additional Information:** * Enrollment in payroll from the first day. * Uniform, photo ID card, and induction on job responsibilities provided from the first day. **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits according to the REMYPE regime * Monthly salary deposited into a payroll account * Overtime pay. * AFP or ONP enrollment. * 15 days of vacation. * Health insurance through SIS MICROEMPRESAS. * Statutory life insurance.
