Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services Assistant to ensure the proper provision of services, control payments, supervise contractors, and maintain facility operations at our Ventanilla branch. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure timely supply and payment of essential services. 2. Supervise infrastructure construction and maintenance projects. 3. Coordinate private security and unit protection services. At Manuchar Logistics, part of the Manuchar Group headquartered in Belgium, we are looking for a **General Services Assistant** for our **Ventanilla** branch. **What will be my challenges?** * Ensure appropriate supply of services provided by electricity, water, and telecommunications companies. * Monitor timely payment of basic utilities and municipal taxes. * Supervise cleaning service contracting. * Supervise execution of medium-scale construction projects. * Ensure facility operability: infrastructure, electricity, vehicles, tools. * Develop and monitor the preventive maintenance plan for infrastructure. * Supervise and coordinate contracted private security and unit protection services. **Our ideal candidate?** * Professionals in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of project management and Facility Management. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (Preferred). * Availability to work at the Ventanilla branch.
