




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate quotations, tenders, customer management, and logistics, ensuring database updates. Key Highlights: 1. Good working environment 2. Continuous training **\*Requirements:** * Graduates (Technical or University) in Business Administration, Commercial Management, International Business, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 06 months of sales experience (field and office). * Proficiency in various social media platforms. * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Ability to interact effectively at all levels (Suppliers \- Customers). * Knowledge of import procedures (desirable). * Availability to work in the San Borja district. * Schedule: Part-time: Monday to Saturday, 9 am \- 1 pm * RxH **\*Responsibilities:** * Prepare quotations with suppliers and direct importers; negotiate distributor pricing. * Conduct cost and purchasing condition comparisons to identify optimal options. * Assess feasibility of participating in public or private tenders by verifying compliance with all required criteria. * Compile and submit tender documentation and follow through until the process concludes. * Maintain updated national quotation price lists, contact persons, provincial clinic addresses, and other relevant data. * Maintain an updated client directory, including follow-ups via information dissemination and product promotional materials. * Identify potential public and private clients for company products. * Coordinate directly with clinics nationwide as directed by the immediate supervisor and/or user department. * Perform post-sales management for enterprise \- clients. * Prepare necessary purchase and sale documentation, issuing related documents (purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, receipts, etc.). * Perform bank reconciliation for company accounts. * Coordinate logistics and arrange shipment of supplies or products to nationwide clients via courier agencies. * Receive and make calls to companies and individuals. * Respond to requests from the immediate supervisor. * Perform all other duties related to this position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **\*Benefits:** * Good working environment. * Productivity bonus. * Continuous training. * Job stability.
