Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Assistant – LURIN We are looking for a committed, organized, and service-oriented **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Assistant** to join our team. Responsibilities: * Provide support in implementing and monitoring the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS). * Conduct safety inspections at facilities and operations. * Support hazard identification, risk assessment, and follow-up on control measures. * Deliver inductions, training sessions, and safety talks to staff. * Investigate and follow up on incidents, accidents, and corrective actions. * Prepare reports, indicators, and OHS-related documentation. * Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Support compliance with current Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Conduct visits to various sites when required by operations. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of Law No. 29783 and its Regulation. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work in **LURIN**, and to travel to other sites when necessary.
