Supporting plant operations and compliance with procedures Our company, Compañia Minera Antapaccay, is seeking top talent to fill the position of: Auxiliary Equipment Operator (Process Production) **Application Deadline:** 09\-August Responsibilities Operate assigned auxiliary equipment in the process area, ensuring material supply, industrial cleaning, and plant operational support in accordance with established procedures. Conduct pre-operational inspections, verifying equipment condition and reporting failures or substandard conditions per company procedures. Maintain order and cleanliness in process area facilities, removing and disposing of materials, waste, spills, and other items that may affect operational continuity, safety, or the environment. Antapaccay is a copper mining operation belonging to Glencore Group since 2013\. It commenced operations in November 2012, following several years of exploration investment aimed at extending the life of the Tintaya mine. The mining settlement is located in Espinar Province, Cusco Region, at 4,100 meters above sea level. This operation enables us to continue contributing to the sustainable development of Espinar Province, not only by fostering direct and indirect job creation and boosting the local economy through procurement from local enterprises, but also by investing in social projects targeting communities within our area of influence. Requirements Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of experience operating auxiliary equipment such as crawler tractors, front-end loaders, excavators, mini-loaders, and/or forklifts. Completion of secondary education is mandatory. Formal training in equipment operation is desirable. Other Requirements and Qualifications: Basic knowledge of mechanics and electricity is desirable.
