If you are passionate about teamwork and wish to grow within a company undergoing continuous development, apply now and become part of our family! **Your responsibilities will include:** \- Preparing food and performing associated production tasks. \- Performing duties diligently and efficiently as a production baker, following instructions from supervisors/managers in charge. \- Punctuality regarding scheduled hours and directives from the direct supervisor or store manager, as applicable. \- Maintaining appropriate personal appearance and hygiene within the facility and during your shift. \- Keeping the work area meticulously clean. \- Complying with safety regulations and emergency response procedures. \- Demonstrating a positive attitude and proactivity. \- Availability for shifts from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. **Requirements:** \- Completed secondary education. \- Students or technicians with bakery-related studies. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in bakery (mandatory). \- Organized, proactive profile with ability to propose improvements. \- Preferably residing in nearby areas for commuting convenience. **Benefits:** \- Formal payroll registration from the first day of employment. \- 15% discount on products from the same brand. \- Rotating shifts. \- Compensation commensurate with candidate's profile and experience.
