We seek a professional with extensive experience in construction supervision and execution, oriented toward meeting deadlines, quality standards, and current regulations. **Requirements** * Licensed Civil Engineer. * Registered and licensed with the professional association. * Minimum of **5 years** since obtaining the professional degree. * Minimum of **4 years of professional experience calculated from registration with the professional association**. Must substantiate at least **four (04\) participations** in one or more of the following roles: * Construction Manager. * Supervision Head. * Site Manager. * Project Manager. * Construction Manager. * Project Director. * Supervision Manager. * Site Supervisor. * Construction Supervision Engineer. * Supervision Engineer. * Operations Supervision Manager. * Experience must relate to the **execution and/or supervision of road works**. **Responsibilities** * Supervise proper execution of works according to the technical file. * Verify compliance with schedule, costs, quality, and safety. * Coordinate with the Entity, contractor, and technical team. * Review progress valuations, technical reports, and contractual documentation. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications and current regulations. * Prepare progress reports and issue observations as appropriate. * Manage risks and propose corrective actions during project execution. **We Offer** * Participation in road infrastructure projects. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunity for professional development. * Market-competitive remuneration commensurate with experience.
