Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Door Attendant / Security Guard to manage access control and ensure safety and order in the common areas of a residential building. Key Responsibilities: 1. Access control and security in common areas. 2. Conduct inspections to verify the condition of facilities. 3. Record and report incidents. **Join Our Team!** We are looking for responsible, proactive individuals with a service-oriented mindset to fill the position of Door Attendant / Security Guard in a residential building. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers. * Ensure order, safety, and proper use of common areas. * Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to verify their proper condition. * Record and report any incidents or anomalies occurring during the shift. **Working Hours:** * Day shift: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Night shift: 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. **Required Profile:** * Experience in front desk, concierge, security, or related functions (preferred). * Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and courteous demeanor. * Ability to work effectively in a team and adhere to established protocols. * Availability to work 12-hour shifts. Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,700.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
