Key role in safety, quality, and productivity. **Job Objective** Lead and supervise the execution of civil works maintenance services at the MARSA Mining Unit, ensuring compliance with the work program, quality, productivity, safety standards, and contractual commitments through efficient resource management, operational coordination among shifts, and direct supervision of work fronts. **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields. * Currently licensed and registered with the professional association. * **3 to 5 years** of experience as a Civil Works Supervising Engineer, Shift Supervisor, or similar positions. * Proven experience in mining units. * Experience in execution and/or maintenance of civil works. * Experience supervising operational personnel, work fronts, and shift-based activities. * Knowledge of planning, productivity, costing, quantity surveying, valuation, and construction control. * Proficiency in SSOMA, IPERC, IAAS, incident investigation, and environmental management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project and AutoCAD are desirable. * Availability to work under a 20x10 work schedule in Llacuabamba, La Libertad. **Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and control the execution of civil works maintenance services. * Ensure compliance with contractual scope, schedule, productivity, cost, quality, and safety requirements. * Directly supervise field operations and perform duties as Shift Supervisor. * Manage personnel, equipment, materials, tools, and service resources. * Monitor progress, quantity surveying, valuations, and management reports. * Coordinate continuously with MARSA supervision and internal company departments. * Manage documented shift handover and overlap to ensure operational continuity. * Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, procedures, and client standards. * Identify deviations, constraints, and risks, implementing corrective actions. * Lead SSOMA management, staff training, and incident investigations. **Competencies** * Operational leadership and field team management. * Planning, organization, and control. * Decision-making and responsiveness in mining operations. * Results orientation, productivity, quality, and safety focus. * Effective communication and multidisciplinary coordination. * Problem analysis and resolution. * Operational discipline and regulatory compliance. * Ability to manage shift handovers and service continuity. * Adaptability to shift-based work and mining unit environments. * Integrity, responsibility, commitment, and teamwork.
