Main Responsibilities * Prepare food on the grill according to brand-established standards. * Handle ingredients, mise en place, and plating. * Comply with food hygiene and safety protocols. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Assist in proper dish presentation and delivery. Requirements * Proven experience as a grill cook or cook in restaurants. * Knowledge of ingredient preparation and handling. * Mastery of grilling techniques. * Familiarity with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments. * Organization, speed, and attention to detail in presentation.
