Position Objective
To comprehensively manage corporate Human Resources, ensuring appropriate personnel administration, recruitment and selection, labor compliance, payroll management, contracts and documentation, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), as well as the development of organizational climate, culture, and well-being.

Requirements:
University graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
A specialization or diploma in Human Resources Management is desirable.
Training in Peruvian labor legislation and Occupational Safety and Health is desirable.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
Proficiency in Human Resources indicators (e.g., employee turnover, absenteeism and tardiness, average time to fill vacancies, labor incidents, OSH plan compliance, accidents and incidents, training plan compliance, among others).
**Additional Information:**
* WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:15 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
* MYPE PAYROLL (50% BBSS).
