Meals provided during shift **Position:** Cook – Restaurant in Barranco **Job Description:** We are looking for a committed, responsible, and proactive **Cook** to join our restaurant team located in Barranco. We seek a candidate with kitchen experience, efficiency in execution, strong organizational and cleanliness skills, and the ability to perform effectively during peak demand periods. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and produce dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards * Perform mise en place prior to service * Maintain order and cleanliness at their workstation * Monitor portion control and proper handling of ingredients * Adhere to food hygiene and safety protocols * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure fast, high-quality service * Support operational tasks in the department as needed **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook in restaurants * Knowledge of basic and/or intermediate cooking techniques * Ability to work under pressure * Punctuality, responsibility, and positive attitude * Availability to work in Barranco * Immediate availability (preferred) **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with market standards and experience * Positive work environment * Meals provided during shift * Growth opportunity within the restaurant * Immediate hiring Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Salary: Starting from S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
