We seek a **Commercial Representative** with strong sales orientation, communication skills, and brand representation capabilities. This role is critical for customer acquisition, Inversol’s commercial positioning, and active promotion of our events, trips, and services. **Role Profile** This position targets a visible, field-oriented **commercial profile**, with strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to represent the company, and capacity to generate business opportunities both in-person and digitally. **Key Responsibilities:** **1\. Commercial representation and communication** * Create commercial video content (promotional recordings and *live streams*) on TikTok and other digital platforms. * Organize and represent in-person and virtual commercial activations: talks, workshops, events, and informational exhibitions. **2\. Field sales and territorial expansion** * Conduct commercial visits in Lima and provinces to acquire new customers. * Establish and strengthen commercial relationships with companies, associations, and potential customers. **3\. Prospecting and customer management** * Actively prospect new customers and business opportunities. * Build, update, and manage a qualified lead database. * Conduct commercial follow-up through to sales closure and initial post-sales support. **4\. Commercial coordination and reporting** * Coordinate commercial activities with marketing and operations teams. * Report commercial progress, identified opportunities, and market feedback to continuously improve the sales process. **Requirements** * **Academic Qualification:** Technical or university bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, International Business, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in sales, customer service, or commercial roles. * **Skills and Competencies:** Excellent verbal communication, strong presence, and ease speaking in public. Results-oriented with goal achievement focus. * **Availability:** Willingness to travel to provinces, conduct in-person and virtual meetings, and attend events, workshops, or trade fairs as needed. * Basic proficiency in digital tools and CRM (desirable). **We Offer** * Base salary \+ performance-based commissions. * Continuous training in international business and fintech. * Professional growth within an expanding corporate group.
