We are currently looking for people like you for the position of: Full-time Staff Member \- Cinemark Angamos \- Surquillo ● Proactive and dynamic, with strong communication skills and a customer-service orientation. ● Availability to work rotating shifts. ● Prior cash-handling and customer service experience is mandatory. ● Interest in pursuing a career path and joining a multinational company. ● Full-time and Part-time positions available. ● Positions are rotational according to organizational needs. Concessions Staff Member: ● Promote and dispense products and services. ● Responsible for inventory replenishment and production of concession items. ● Ensure customer loyalty. ● Maintain cleanliness of the area. Ticketing Staff Member: ● Provide customer service, sell tickets and/or concession items. ● Verify authenticity of payment documents used in transactions (DNI, credit cards, etc.). ● Provide accurate and clear information to customers regarding showtimes, theater seating capacity, and each film scheduled for screening. Box Office Staff Member: ● Ensure customers have their tickets and/or QR codes for the screenings they attend. ● Receive tickets and/or QR codes and direct customers to the appropriate theater. ● Responsible for cleaning restrooms, organizing theaters, stairs, corridors, entrances, and restrooms after each screening. ● Confirm that corridors and emergency exits remain unobstructed. ● Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
