Professional development in a positive work environment. **Hydrocarbon sector company** Work Location: Lima Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Transportation Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising nationwide transportation operations. * Experience leading teams of 15 or more people. * Knowledge of hydrocarbon transportation and current regulations. * Heavy fleet management, GPS tracking, and route scheduling. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Willingness to travel. Responsibilities * Supervise nationwide transportation operations. * Monitor compliance with routes, schedules, and fueling. * Supervise transportation staff and drivers. * Coordinate vehicle maintenance and operational readiness. * Verify compliance with safety standards and internal protocols. * Prepare operational reports and performance indicators. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational continuity.
