VRD MINERÍA Y CONSTRUCCIÓN S.A.C. is currently seeking **Drilling Assistants** to perform underground mine work located in the District of Tocota\-Huanuhuanu, Province of Caraveli, Region of Arequipa. This position targets individuals with basic drilling knowledge who wish to develop their careers in the mining sector under safe and operationally efficient conditions. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in exploration drilling in underground mines. * Employment certificate verifying relevant experience. * No criminal, judicial, or police records. * Knowledge of drilling rig operation, drilling parameters, accessories, and drilling fluids. * Availability to work under a 20x10 schedule. **Work Schedule:** * 20 days of work followed by 10 days of rest. * Includes meals, camp accommodation, and transportation from Lima – Ica – Arequipa. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits.
