Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Technician with experience in preventive and corrective electrical maintenance to provide technical support to commercial establishments in Lima. Jalma SAC is a service contracting company specializing in low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) electrical installations, providing services to industrial, commercial, and retail sectors. This position arises from the need to hire an electrical technician to provide technical support to commercial establishments in Metropolitan Lima, with proven experience in electrical maintenance (preventive and corrective) and fault resolution. Knowledge of infrastructure and general services maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.) will be valued. **Responsibilities** Main responsibilities for this position include: \- Electrical maintenance of facilities (lighting, LED strips, power outlets, emergency lights, fire alarm systems, electrical panels, grounding wells, and electrical substations). **Mandatory Requirements** \- Electrical installations: electrical panels, IMC, EMT and PVC conduit, wiring for power outlets and lighting, grounding wells. \- Installation of fire alarm systems. \- Reading and drafting electrical blueprints and single-line diagrams. \- Use of power tools: drill, angle grinder. \- Use of measuring equipment: multimeter, clamp meter, megohmmeter, earth resistance tester, etc. \- Knowledge of safe work procedures. \- Experience in electromechanical maintenance of industrial plants will be valued. \- Knowledge of infrastructure and general services (SSGG) will be valued. **Requirements** Technical degree in electricity, electrotechnology, or related fields (3-year program). Mandatory. 3 years of verifiable experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations (substations, electrical panels, grounding wells, emergency lights, transformers, voltage stabilizers, UPS systems, fire alarms, electric fences, lighting circuits, and power outlets), supported by employment certificates; pre-professional internships are not acceptable. Proven experience complying with technical standards for electrical panels, grounding wells, conduits, wiring, lighting, power outlets, UPS systems, stabilized systems, fire alarm systems, and MV systems.
