Opportunity to contribute to safety and well-being We are a project management company seeking a professional with experience as an **Electromechanical Supervisor**. **What We Are Looking For:** A proactive and experienced leader to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures outlined in the construction manual. **Requirements:** * University graduate/licensed Mechanical-Electrical Engineer with over 7 years of experience * Minimum 8 years of experience supervising and controlling projects in multifamily or residential building construction (Mandatory) * Experience in electromechanical supervision, electrical and electronic installations, mechanical installations, and machinery * Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Project, and AutoCAD * Must reside in Cusco **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support for the operation and maintenance of electromechanical equipment. * Review and validate documentation submitted by the contractor at the start, during, and after project completion. * Prepare technical files for the implementation and/or procurement of new electromechanical equipment, as well as for the implementation of new electrical power distribution systems. **What We Offer:** * The opportunity to join a growing company in the project supervision and management sector. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can develop your skills and advance professionally. * Formal employment contract with social benefits (MYPE regime) * The opportunity to contribute to the safety and well-being of our workers, leaving a positive legacy in the industry.
