Participation in manufacturing, refrigeration, and technical service projects **ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN FOR CULINARY EQUIPMENT Commercial Refrigeration \- Electricity \- Electronics \- Technical Service** **Grupo Inoxchef Perú S.A.C. – MIZAR Cold \& Cooking Brand** Due to the expansion of our commercial and technical service operations nationwide, we are seeking new talent to strengthen our specialized technical team responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of culinary equipment. **Workplace: Production Plant: Villa El Salvador (VES)** * Availability for scheduled technical visits in Lima and occasional visits in Provinces. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Break: 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Remuneration:** **S/ 1,800 to S/ 2,500** (Based on experience, technical knowledge, productivity, and results) **JOB OBJECTIVE** To execute the installation, diagnosis, preventive and corrective maintenance of culinary equipment, commercial refrigeration systems, and electrical/electronic equipment, ensuring operational continuity and customer satisfaction. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Diagnose technical faults in workshop and field environments; perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Install and commission culinary equipment; repair commercial refrigeration equipment. * Inspect electrical, electronic, and control systems; prepare technical reports and service records. * Attend scheduled technical visits; conduct functional tests and quality control checks. * Comply with safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements; support production operators, dispatch, and warehouse staff. **EQUIPMENT TO BE SERVICED** **Refrigeration Line:** Freezing and storage chambers; vertical freezers; refrigerated worktables. **Heating Line:** Electric and gas ovens; gas stoves; fryers; griddles; extraction hoods. **Processing Line:** Industrial blenders; food processors; industrial mixers. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical diploma, university student, or graduate in: · Refrigeration and Air Conditioning; Industrial Electricity; Industrial Electronics · Mechatronics; Electromechanics; Electronic Engineering; Mechanical Engineering * Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or technical service. * Knowledge of commercial refrigeration. **B**asic ability to read electrical and electronic schematics. * Availability for scheduled travel within Lima and occasional travel to Provinces. **COMPETENCIES** ✔ Responsibility ✔ Customer orientation ✔ Diagnostic ability ✔ Teamwork ✔ Organization and discipline ✔ Proactivity **BENEFITS** * Continuous technical training.
