Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment Job Description: **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in facade and exterior painting. * Knowledge of surface preparation, sanding, patching, and paint application. * Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment. * Experience working at heights is preferred. * Responsibility and punctuality. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and condition surfaces. * Apply paint and coatings on facades. * Perform patching and finishing work. * Comply with safety regulations and PPE usage.
