Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced facade painter to prepare surfaces, apply paint, and perform finishing work, following safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in facade and exterior painting. 2. Knowledge of paint preparation and application. 3. Tool handling and compliance with safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in facade and exterior painting. * Knowledge of surface preparation, sanding, patching, and paint application. * Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment. * Experience working at heights is desirable. * Responsibility and punctuality. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and condition surfaces. * Apply paint and coatings on facades. * Perform patching and finishing work. * Comply with safety regulations and use of PPE.
