




Position Summary: Implements community development initiatives focused on child well-being and establishes partnerships with local institutions. Key Highlights: 1. Key Responsibilities: Implement community development activities that serve as the primary link between WV’s program team and local actors and communities—focusing on collaboration with local groups and organizations to advance child well-being priorities. * Establish partnerships with institutions represented at the municipal level. * Implement development activities planned through a shared vision with the community, and monitor children’s and adolescents’ participation in planned development activities. * Ensure timely communication between sponsored children and their sponsors. * University student or technical-level graduate in humanities or social sciences (e.g., Sociology, Social Work, Psychology), or other disciplines with complementary experience in this field. * Technical Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in community work. * Experience implementing violence prevention techniques or facilitation methods. * Experience working in contexts marked by social insecurity risks. * Effective communication skills. * Commitment to World Vision’s values and mission (acting based on Christian and humanitarian principles). * Leadership. * Strategic and analytical thinking. * Collaboration and partnership. * Results orientation. * Self-management of change.
