Position Summary: We are seeking a Field Supervisor with experience in earthworks and platform construction, oriented toward operational control and on-site compliance, possessing leadership skills and the ability to manage work crews. Ensure safety and quality standards on site Field Supervisor – Earthworks and Platform Construction We are looking for a Field Supervisor (Civil Engineer) with experience in executing earthworks and platform formation projects, focused on operational control and on-site compliance. Requirements: \- Licensed Civil Engineer (professional registration preferred). \- Reference age: over 28 years old. \- Minimum 3–5 years of field supervision experience in earthworks, platform, or similar projects. \- Knowledge of: \- Execution of excavation, backfilling, grading, and compaction. \- Soil quality control (in-situ density, Proctor test, etc.). \- Supervision of heavy machinery (excavators, loaders, rollers, etc.). \- Reading construction drawings and controlling levels/surveying. \- Occupational health and safety on site. \- Operational leadership and crew management capability. Responsibilities: \- Directly supervise field activities. \- Verify work compliance with drawings and technical specifications. \- Monitor equipment and personnel productivity. \- Coordinate with the Resident Engineer and technical team. \- Submit daily progress reports and site incident reports. \- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Conditions: \- Salary: S/ 3,500 – S/ 5,000 (based on experience). \- Employment mode: On-site work. \- Immediate or short-term availability.
