Operational leadership capability and crew management Field Supervisor – Earthworks and Platform Construction We are looking for a Field Supervisor (Civil Engineer) with experience in executing earthworks and platform formation projects, focused on operational control and field compliance. Requirements: \- Licensed Civil Engineer (professional registration preferred). \- Reference age: over 28 years old. \- Minimum 3–5 years of field supervision experience in earthworks, platform, or similar projects. \- Knowledge in: \- Execution of cutting, filling, leveling, and compaction. \- Soil quality control (in-situ density, Proctor test, etc.). \- Supervision of heavy machinery (excavators, loaders, rollers, etc.). \- Reading construction drawings and controlling levels/topography. \- Site safety and occupational health. \- Operational leadership capability and crew management. Responsibilities: \- Directly supervise field activities. \- Verify work compliance with drawings and technical specifications. \- Monitor machinery and personnel productivity. \- Coordinate with the Resident Engineer and technical team. \- Report daily progress and site occurrences. \- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Conditions: \- Salary: S/ 3,500 – S/ 5,000 (based on experience). \- Employment mode: Field-based work. \- Immediate or short-term availability.
