




Job Summary: We are seeking a General Administrator to manage and supervise the accounting, logistics, HR, and finance departments of our furniture company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead accounting management, including taxes and payroll. 2. Comprehensively supervise logistics, HR, and billing. 3. Responsible for the company's administration and finance. We are CORPORACION GAVIDIA, a company dedicated to the production and sale of melamine furniture in Lima and provincial areas. We are currently seeking a professional for the **General Administrator** position. **Essential Requirements:** * Graduate of a technical or university program in Accounting or Business Administration. * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in this role. * Experience managing personnel. * Advanced proficiency in accounting management (taxes, PDTS, payroll, settlements, etc.). * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 08:00 a.m. \- 06:30 p.m. (1-hour break) and Saturdays, 08:00 a.m. \- 01:00 p.m. * Immediate availability. * **Age: 35 years or older (mandatory).** * Must reside in neighborhoods adjacent to Villa El Salvador (mandatory). **Job Functions:** * Accounting management (recordkeeping, reconciliations, tax settlements, budgets, financial statements, balance sheets, etc.). * Management and supervision of the Logistics department. * Management and supervision of the HR department. * Management and supervision of the Billing, credit, and collections department. * Management and supervision of other company departments. * Procurement and expense management. * Activity planning and scheduling. * Process and document management. * Responsibility for all financial matters and related activities. * Responsibility for the company's entire administrative function. * Other duties related to this area.
