Position Summary: Analyze, execute, and deliver required general services at sites, residences, offices, and meeting rooms, managing logistics to ensure operational continuity and internal customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Manages general services at sites, residences, and offices. 2. Ensures operational efficiency and service quality. 3. Administers infrastructure rentals and maintenance. **POSITION MISSION:** Analyze, execute, and deliver activities/tasks related to the operation of general services required at the Lima site, residences, offices, and meeting rooms, including the logistics management required for their delivery according to MCP requirements, in order to ensure service operational continuity, verify service quality, and internal customer satisfaction. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct reviews and coordinate with contracted general service providers to ensure compliance with service scope requirements. * Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for offices and the IROC meeting room, maintaining operational continuity. * Analyze contractor-provided databases containing operational justifications and costs per service. * Prepare monthly reports on costs, scheduled maintenance execution, and departmental activities. * Assign workspaces, parking spaces, and storage areas. * Administer rentals of residences, offices, and meeting rooms, including logistics management required for their delivery according to MCP requirements. In 2007, Aluminum Corporation of China (CHINALCO) established Minera Chinalco Perú S.A. (Chinalco Perú) to build, develop, and operate the Toromocho copper mega-project. Toromocho Mining Unit is the first world-class copper mine fully executed and developed from inception overseas by a Chinese company. It is located in the Morococha District, Yauli Province, Junín Department, at over 4,500 meters above sea level. It operates a concentrator plant processing approximately 117,200 tons of ore daily. Today, Chinalco Perú is one of the most important companies within China Copper and CHINALCO’s largest wholly-owned foreign subsidiary. Requirements **1\.\- Degrees:** BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, MECHANICAL ENGINEERING **2\.\- Experience:** 3 years overall, 2 years in the sector, 2 years in the position **3\.\- Technological Tools:** General SAP knowledge (Intermediate), EXCEL (Intermediate) **KNOWLEDGE:** * Disinfection planning * Administration of infrastructure and equipment maintenance services at the mining unit * Planning of infrastructure and equipment maintenance at the mining unit * Management of administrative offices in Lima * Management of contractual agreements * Management of service costs and budgets * Logistics and administration of services * Contingency plan for road blockades/stock availability * Infrastructure and civil defense legislation and regulations Benefits Benefits in accordance with applicable law and MCP compensation policy.
