Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic sales professional to conduct live broadcasts on TikTok, interact with the audience, and present products. Key Highlights: 1. Work environment that values charisma and strong professional presence. **Location:** San Juan de Lurigancho (**Reference: Metro Hacienda**) **Characteristics or Profile:** * Confidence and comfort in front of the camera. * Charisma and energetic attitude. * Ability to respond quickly during real-time interactions. * Strong professional presence and image. **Requirements:** * Sales experience (mandatory). * Experience hosting TikTok live streams (preferred but not required). * Excellent communication skills and fluency of speech. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct live TikTok broadcasts for product sales. * Dynamically and persuasively present and model products. * Interact with the audience in real time. * Close sales during the live stream or refer customers to the customer service team. **Schedule:** * Monday \- Saturday shifts (8 AM \- 1 PM / 2 PM \- 7 PM / 7 PM \- 11 PM) * Selection of one shift. Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
