Position Summary: Supports the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) area, ensuring process continuity, assistance in improvement projects, and technical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support documentation of procedures and policies. 2. Collaborate on data analysis for IMS indicators. 3. Actively participate in internal and external audits. CYTOMETRIC BIOSERVICES is a clinical laboratory specialized in immunophenotyping services using Flow Cytometry, with over 15 years of experience in this field. It holds ISO 9001 and ISO 37001 certifications and is seeking qualified personnel to continue its growth and continuous improvement. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES** Support the IMS area, ensuring process continuity, assistance in improvement projects, and technical support. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** * Participate in documenting procedures, policies, and forms. * Collaborate in cleaning and analyzing data for IMS-assigned indicators. * Support control monitoring and evidence collection for SGSI and SGAS compliance. * Conduct IMS trainings and inductions. * Actively participate in internal and external IMS audits. * Manage the digital archive of IMS documents. * Propose ideas and improvement suggestions to the team. * Perform internal STRECK quality controls and submit reports to the team. * Support tracking of incidents, observations, and nonconformities. * Verify internal operational controls. * Perform other duties assigned by the IMS Coordinator. * Report any suspicion of bribery acts to the Compliance Officer, as well as any suspicion of vulnerabilities to the Information Security Officer. **POSITION PROFILE** * **Education:** Final-year student (7th cycle or higher) of Industrial Engineering. * **Mandatory Knowledge:** ISO Management Systems, Intermediate Excel, Data Analytics, Intermediate English. * **Desirable Knowledge:** ISO 9001:2015, ISO 37001:2025, ISO 27001:2022\. * **Minimum Experience:** Not required.
