Position Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to manage recruitment processes, administration of employment records, attendance control, occupational safety and health (OSH), and provide guidance to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage recruitment and employment documentation processes.
2. Administer personnel records, payroll registers, and employee benefits.
3. Coordinate occupational safety and health (OSH) activities and address labor-related inquiries.
We are a Peruvian company specializing in furniture assembly services, gym equipment assembly and maintenance, furniture, and many more. We are currently seeking personnel for the position of Human Resources Assistant who meets the following requirements:
Main Responsibilities
Manage hiring, contract renewal, and termination processes for personnel, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations.
Prepare employment contracts, addendums, certificates, statements, letters, and other employment-related documentation.
Administer the T\-Register, AFP, EsSalud, Life Insurance Law, SCTR, dependents, and other employment records.
Prepare and manage payroll registers, pay slips, severance payments, social benefits, provisions, and subsidies.
Monitor attendance, time sheets, leave requests, vacations, medical leaves, and other personnel-related incidents.
Administer employee insurance policies and track coverage, renewals, and payments.
Review electronic mailboxes of SUNAFIL, SUNAT, and MTPE, monitoring notifications and response deadlines.
Participate in SUNAFIL inspections by collecting, organizing, and submitting required documentation.
Follow up on requirements, introductory letters, appearances, and other inspection-related actions in coordination with the labor attorney.
Support the preparation of disciplinary responses, disciplinary measures, termination letters, and other employment-related documents.
Identify and report potential labor contingencies or non-compliance issues.
Manage and maintain up-to-date occupational safety and health (OSH) documentation.
Coordinate occupational medical examinations, training sessions, provision of personal protective equipment (PPE), SCTR, and other OSH obligations.
Track accidents, incidents, and mandatory OSH records.
Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on labor and administrative matters.
Coordinate with various departments and external advisors to execute human resources processes.
Prepare HR management reports and performance indicators.
Report the status of labor processes, inspections, and OSH matters to the labor attorney.
Maintain updated and organized physical and digital personnel files.
Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.
Requirements
**Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in Human Resource Management and Talent Management**
Minimum 6 months of experience in Human Resources.
