Position Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring compliance with labor regulations, managing labor relations, payroll administration, social benefits, and HR processes, as well as monitoring obligations toward regulatory authorities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company policies 2. Manage labor relations and personnel management processes 3. Manage recruitment, selection, and training processes * Ensure compliance with company-established rules and policies, as well as external regulations under Law No. 728\. * Guide and monitor adherence to order and a healthy work environment within the company. * Administer labor relations processes related to disciplinary control, sanctions, and employee merit evaluations. * Conduct control and follow-up on the renewal of employee employment contracts. * Maintain records of vacations, bonuses, reimbursements, deductions, loans, advances, and other remunerative items in the personnel updates report. * Prepare the monthly timekeeping sheet for personnel to be applied in the monthly payroll. * Deliver the monthly payroll accurately and timely to the Accounting and General Management departments for corresponding payment. * Process the settlement of social benefits within 48 hours following an employee's termination. * Follow up on pending closures for terminated employees and coordinate the settlement of social benefits with the Accounting department. * Manage payments of remunerative items (vacations, profit-sharing, CTS, bonuses, reimbursements) and external consultancy services (medical consultancy and legal advisory). * Calculate bonuses, vacations, CTS, and profit-sharing in accordance with current labor regulations. * Respond to internal or external requests related to the HR area. * Address employee inquiries and procedures regarding payroll matters, pay slips, calculation of remunerations, and applied deductions, among others. * Manage and keep updated the employee vacation control system and handle regularization of requests and signed agreements. * Manage and track subsidies, leaves, and medical rest periods; calculate reimbursements where applicable. * Continuously manage and monitor obligations toward regulatory authorities (MINTRA, SUNAFIL, and ESSALUD), as well as judicial proceedings related to child support payments. * Coordinate responses to documentary requests arising from internal and external audits of the Human Resources department. * Manage recruitment and selection processes according to departmental requirements, whether for new hires or replacements. * Update the company’s occupational health and safety management system. * Develop, update, and disseminate manuals, programs, policies, and other documents related to various HR department processes (e.g., Competency Dictionary, MOF, Training Program, etc.). * Conduct general company induction (onboarding process) and follow up on job-specific induction for new employees. * Conduct talks, workshops, and/or training sessions according to scheduled timelines on topics defined and/or assigned in the action plan following periodic evaluations. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
