REQUIREMENTS: \- Technical degree in Air Conditioning, Heating, Ventilation, Electricity, Maintenance, or related fields. \- 2 years of experience performing duties as an HVAC Maintenance Technician, Multifunctional Technician, Electrical Technician, Mechanical-Electrical Technician, Air Conditioning Technician, or related roles. \- Availability to work on-site for 48 hours per week \- Availability to work in Metropolitan Lima. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Inspection of electrical systems. \- Furniture maintenance. \- Locksmithing tasks and safe security work. \- Basic plumbing tasks. \- Minor infrastructure repairs. \- Basic inspection of optometric equipment reports and faults. \- Validation of basic air conditioning system functionality. \- Fire extinguisher inspection and validation of S.C.I. (Security Control and Integration) system operation. \- Validation of up-to-date documentation. \- Support in store opening and closing procedures. \- Availability to respond to emergencies. \- Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor. \*\* We are an inclusive company that respects diversity and does not engage in any form of discrimination \*\* Salary: S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
