At our company, we are searching for our next **Senior Industrial Engineer \- Province**—a strategic role for an analytical, leadership-oriented, results-driven professional eager to take on the challenge of optimizing our regional operations. **Your challenge in this role:** Plan, supervise, and optimize production, operational, and logistics processes at our provincial office, ensuring resource efficiency, cost reduction, personnel safety, and compliance with quality standards. **What will you do daily?** * Analyze and redesign on-site/field workflows to eliminate idle time and maximize productivity. * Monitor, control, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for production, costs, and performance. * Lead and coordinate daily activities of on-site operational staff under your supervision. * Ensure strict compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) policies and regulations. * Oversee local supply of inputs, inventory management, and supply chain operations. * Implement adapted continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen). * Prepare technical and budgetary reports for the Operations Management team to support strategic decision-making. **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Degree and professional license in Industrial Engineering (valid professional registration is mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in roles such as Senior Analyst, Operations Supervisor, or Logistics/Plant Coordinator. * **Tools & Methodologies:** Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). * **Key Knowledge Areas:** Solid understanding of SSOMA regulations, budgetary control, and operational cost structures. * **Digital Tools:** Advanced Excel proficiency and Intermediate English language skills. * **Availability:** Willingness to work and reside in the province under atypical or on-site arrangements, as required. * Familiarity with the Public Procurement and Acquisitions Law is desirable. **What do we offer?** * Service Contract / Fee Receipt. * Covered per diems (subject to terms at time of contract). * Life Insurance Law and SCTR coverage. * Competitive market-aligned remuneration. * Opportunity for professional development in a dynamic, large-scale environment. * Positive work environment focused on safety, leadership, and sustainability. * **Work Modality:** On-site. * **Project Location:** Province, to be determined. **Apply today!** Submit your application through this channel or send your updated CV indicating your salary expectations to: Subject: **"Industrial Engineer \- Province"** Application deadline: 09/18/2026 We want to see your talent and leadership in action!
