That’s why we welcome professionals who are ready to grow, learn, and bring their perspective to the energy challenges of today and tomorrow.** **Here, you’ll find a place to grow and unlock your full potential.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Key Information:** Team: Engineering and Maintenance – Mining Operations Location: Lima, Peru Experience Level: 8–10 years Work Type: On-site **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead end-to-end management of multidisciplinary EPC projects at the mining operation (Antamina). * Plan and coordinate construction and maintenance projects for fuel facilities. * Coordinate various engineering disciplines involved in the projects. * Supervise and monitor contractors and suppliers. * Monitor project progress, schedule, costs, resources, and risks. * Supervise fieldwork and verify compliance with technical specifications. * Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during execution. * Coordinate with operations, maintenance, safety, and other departments involved in the projects. * Identify and promptly resolve project issues and deviations. * Prepare progress reports and present results to management and/or clients. * Coordinate commissioning and project closeout. **What We Offer:** * One-year contract with possibility of renewal * Health insurance (EPS) * Continuous training * Growth opportunities **You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:** * Bachelor’s degree and valid professional license in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering. * Minimum 8 years’ experience in end-to-end management and leadership of multidisciplinary EPC projects in the mining sector. * Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams. * Project management training or certification (e.g., PMI, PMBOK, or equivalent methodologies) is desirable. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project; familiarity with SAP, Primavera, or other project management tools is desirable. * Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards applicable to mining operations and hydrocarbon/fuel facilities. * Willingness to work under a 4x3 work schedule in Áncash (Antamina).
