Responsibilities * Support the control and monitoring of deliverables related to the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Update and manage IMS documentation, communicating improvements and changes to staff. * Collect, consolidate, and analyze performance indicators for strategic, operational, and support processes. * Provide IMS induction training to new personnel. * Perform document control and monitor customer satisfaction surveys. Requirements * Graduate or final-cycle student in Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering. * Additional training in Quality Management Systems, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or Anti-Bribery Management Systems is desirable. * Minimum 6 months of internship or related work experience. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Competencies: results orientation, teamwork, initiative, effective communication, responsibility, and continuous learning.
