At Minera Grupo Grande, we are looking for operational staff to join our production team. **Primary Responsibility:** Drill rock at the working face following the drilling pattern for explosive placement. **Candidate Profile** * **Experience:** Prior experience in mining operations. * **Physical Condition:** Good health to perform physically demanding tasks and adapt to high altitude. * **Values:** Punctuality, honesty, and full commitment to mining safety standards. * **Availability:** Available to work under a 20-days-on/10-days-off schedule. **Benefits** * Salary: PEN 2850. * Productivity and attendance bonuses: PEN 100. * Transportation, accommodation, and meals covered by the company.
