Job Summary: We are seeking a Fleet Analyst to ensure the operational readiness of emergency units nationwide, managing maintenance, spare parts, and inventory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the operational readiness of ambulances and rescue vans 2. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet 3. Coordinate workshops and manage spare parts procurement A reputable company is currently looking for a Fleet Analyst – San Borja to join its team and ensure the operational readiness of emergency units such as ambulances and rescue vans nationwide. Requirements: * Technical degree in Administration, Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years** of experience in vehicle maintenance. * Knowledge of **preventive and corrective maintenance**. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Valid **Class A1 driver’s license (minimum 2 years of validity)**. * Availability for occasional travel. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans. * Manage corrective maintenance for the fleet. * Coordinate and standardize workshops across Lima and provincial areas. * Manage procurement of spare parts and accessories. * Monitor inventory of equipment for all units. * Prepare technical reports on failures and maintenance activities. * Evaluate and train drivers. * Transport vehicles to nationwide projects (occasional).
